Samsung SDI Hungary Ltd (Builder) installed a television producing factory in the industrial zone of Göd Újtelep, which was implemented in several stages in the 2000s. In 2016-2018, it restructured and significantly expanded its existing plant, a new function of which became battery manufacturing for the automotive industry. Already in 2020, the builder started the expansion phase called V. in an area of more than 1,120,000 m2, in the framework of which the investment of one hundred billion forints will create 600 new jobs.
