During the G3 New Energy Project of Dunamenti Power Plant Zrt., the assembly of a new 400 MW power plant unit was carried out in Hungary’s largest gas-fired power plant.
Our tasks during the investment period included:
EHS support and on-site inspections for various contractors:
– Cockerill Maintenance & Ingénierie (CMI) – assembly of the heat recovery steam generator
– STRABAG-MML Kft. – construction of the turbine hall, machine foundations, roadworks, and external utilities
– Transelektro Kft. – pipeline installation
– Elektrobudowa S.A. – assembly and commissioning of transformers
– General Construction S.p.A. – assembly of the gas turbine, generator, and related auxiliary equipment
– EMERSON Process Management Hungary Kft. – installation and commissioning of control system cabins
Additional tasks:
– Design and installation of an 800-liter capacity emergency safety shower
– Surveying and delivery of HSE signs, labels, and PU edge protectors
– Preparation of the risk assessment
– Safety review of system operations
